My Job as: One Source Team
Today we asked a couple of questions, during a coffee session, to our colleagues from the One Source 2.0 Team to find out more about their experience in DTSE CZ.
Who are you?
We are One Source 2.0 customer support team. Our team has now 6 members – Eva, Jiří, Lenka, Martin, Martina, and Vilijan.
What means being a One Source 2.0 customer support consultant?
Our main task is to provide technical support for One Source 2.0 platform to internal employees of Deutsche Telekom (buyers) and suppliers via phone and e-mail. We also offer free training for suppliers on how to work with One Source 2.0.
What do you enjoy most of your job?
We enjoy a very friendly atmosphere in our team, the possibility to communicate in different languages with various people and overall in DTSE CZ there are very helpful colleagues. We work with most advanced systems and technology, this, for example, gives us the possibility to explore new functions of One Source 2.0 platform
