Can you tell us more about yourself and your path at DTSE CZ?  
I come from Jablonné nad Orlicí, small mountain town in Orlické hory. I studied Economics in Brno, and after my studies, I decided to stay here. I got married, and now we have a beautiful baby girl Nina.  
I started to work in DTSE in October 2019 as a Closing Asset Senior Accountant. Various responsibilities gave me an excellent overview of tasks in different entities. I was lucky enough to be part of several projects. Firstly, I took care of small Pan-Net and DTSE entities. Then I helped my Polish colleagues with the T-Mobile Poland entity during closings. Now, I am responsible for the T-mobile Czech Republic. Moreover, I am part of the Digi Community and participating in the Re-Fx testing project, which will replace the contract LNL system and FEA bot development.  

Can you tell us a bit about your career journey before joining DTSE CZ? 
Before DTSE, I worked in Dixons Carphone here in Brno (Currys nowadays). I tried almost all significant departments there. Started in AP department as an Invoice Control Associate during my studies, then moved to AR DPT (Cash allocation). After that, I took the opportunity to be part of the Treasury team. And my last role there was in the GL team.  
 

What do you like the most about working at DTSE? 
For me, it is the fact that there are so many exceptional professionals. They are always ready to help and support. Overall, the communication in DTSE is brilliant (which is not that common for many companies). 

How did you manage to build the trust and continued to maintain it among your colleagues? 
I am trying to do my job the best way I can. I am always keen on helping and discussing the issues in our team. I would say team spirit is very strong and important here for everyone.  

What do you love the most about working with us nowadays? 
In the past 2 years, I really appreciated the approach to solving the pandemic issues. I also admire that the opinion of all employees in the company is perceived as precious. And last but not least, flexibility is not just an empty word in DTSE CZ.  

How important is it to you to combine work and family? 
Since I am a father, it is a serious topic for me. Again I need to mention great flexibility in our company.  

How do you spend your time outside of work?  
Sure, even though I haven’t so much free time because of my small daughter, I like to play tennis, read books and go running. I also enjoy winter sports, especially SNB. On rainy days I play board games or read a book.
