They guide our daily behaviour and support us to live up to our culture. Therefore, we reward the “Employees of the Year” according to them. We assign the prize to the colleagues who best embody the principles in their daily life.
For the year 2020, we opened up the nomination in September, during the Guiding Principles day. All employees could nominate one or more employees per each principle. We receive 34 nominations, and we were glad that so many colleagues were nominated. During November we opened up the vote, and yesterday our Virtual Ceremony took place. And we loved to announce our Employees of the year!
