1.10.2020

The next protagonist of #dtseczpeople is Adam. This is the sixth in an ongoing series about our employees and their lives with us. Adam is our company lawyer, investing time into transforming all documents and related processes into digital form.

Hi Adam, can you tell us more about your previous experience and your journey to Deutsche Telekom Services Europe?

Music, travel and language enthusiast. I am from Zlín and I moved to Brno to study law. Law studies gave me the opportunity to gather work experience in various companies and law firms in the Czech Republic and in Germany, and to study in both countries. After that, I landed back in Brno and joined DTSE CZ.

What is your role?

I am a company lawyer and contract manager. The aim of my team is to create contracts and legal documents that are flawless and easy to read, understand and sign. We are also investing a lot of time into transforming all documents and related processes into digital form.

I say DTSE; you say…?

… diversity, freshness and young spirit.

Do you remember the first day with us?

Yes, I remember the hospitality and the willingness to help from other colleagues.

What inspires you to do your best, every single day?

I like the people I work with, every day is memorable, but the highlights are definitely the company and team events

What is your motto?

“Change before you have to.” and “Get things done", which has become this year one of the Deutsche Telekom guiding principles. Speaking of principles, "I am T–count on me" is my favourite one. Regardless of who my customer is, I am committed to finding a solution to their problems.

Who is your role model, who inspires you?

Tim Ferriss for his curiousness and willingness to test the “impossible” and Gary Vaynerchuk for his incredible level of energy.
