#dtseczpeople: Veronika


The next protagonist of #dtseczpeople is Veronika, our Senior Recruiter. During her studies, she spent 6 months in the UK and 3 in Germany afterwards. Since March 2019 she is our Senior Recruiter acquiring new talents for our company.

What do you like most about DTSE?

I really like the people here. From the very beginning, they were very open and friendly. The atmosphere is cool. I think that gives newcomers a positive impact.

Do you remember the first day with us? Which feelings crossed your mind?

My first day, yes, the welcome day. I had wonderful feelings thanks to all presenters on that day. Although I was nervous at the beginning, it quickly subsided because of the very nice attitude of everybody. I was also very interested in the environment. DTSE is a very international company with many international people.

One thing you like and dislike about your job

I love meeting new people, so recruiting is the perfect job for me. I can’t think of anything that I don’t like about my job.

What is the best memory of DTSE so far?

My first days in the company definitely rank among the best. Many people came to me and introduced themselves. I just felt really welcomed!

Which is your opinion about the DTSE Management?

The management is very open, Sergei (Managing Director) and Pavel (HR Director) are close to all employees. The international environment also promotes this. It is very different from other shared service centres. 

As a child, what did you want to be when you grow up?

I wanted to be a teacher, probably because my mother is also a teacher. Otherwise, I would have wanted to work with animals, especially dogs.

Where do you see yourself in ten years?

I see myself still in the HR department and hopefully have a family.

What is your favourite Guiding Principle?

“Respect and integrity guide our behaviour” because I think the company and the employees really live this aspect daily. Everybody is very respectful of one another.
