Would you like to tell us something about yourself?

After studying and working in Brno, I settled down in Rosice. I have always been a sports enthusiast. I used to play tennis, nowadays I love cycling and skiing the most. When there is an opportunity I also adore spending time in nature together with my family and its youngest member Rojo -  staff bulldog. Regarding my work experience, I am in the HR field for over 12 years. I have never tried a different job and I enjoy being a part of DTSE CZ HR team.

When did you join DTSE and what brought you here?

I joined DTSE CZ in April 2019. When I was searching for new opportunities and challenges the advertised position of HR Business Partner caught my attention. The way they introduced the job convinced me that the company puts people in the first place and gives opportunities for career growth. When I visited the office for the first interview and met some of my future colleagues, I had the feeling that this might be the right place for me.

Can you tell us what you love the most from the HR world?

It is difficult to pick up just one thing. I see HR as the heart of the organization and we have solid opportunities to influence and empower an organizational culture where employees feel respected, motivated, and encouraged for future development and career growth. I also like the diversity of this job, and the variety of challenges we face help us make things better. Last not least, I enjoy meeting new people, consulting and advising them on HR-related topics.

What inspires you to do your best every day?

The answer is simple. I need to understand how my everyday work fits into the bigger picture. Then I am motivated by the results of my work and the surrounding people. I am inspired by people from whom I have something to learn, people who can stand criticism and step out of their comfort zone, people who can give honest feedback.

How would you explain to people what our primary activities are?

In a nutshell, we are the internal service provider for Deutsche Telekom Group with headquarter in Bonn, Germany. Our Brno office provides expertise in accounting, finance, data analytics, strategy, and business development. We are constantly driving innovation to create added-value services for our customers.

As a child, what did you want to be when you grow up?

I always had a lot of ideas, one day I wanted to be a hairdresser, the next day a teacher. Then I started thinking about being a psychologist. And finally, I decided to create some added value in the HR field.
